What is MENTORpreneur
Mentorpreneur is a mentorship program, precisely targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through a structured, measurable business mentoring intervention. It was developed in close cooperation between German Sparkassenstiftung Southern Africa (DSIK), Women's Entrepreneurship Access Center (WEAC), the AGS Programme and MentorMe Africa.
Mentoring is not just another training – Mentorpreneur combines all the benefits of mentoring small business owners. A holistic approach with a standardized procedure for onboarding entrepreneurs and the qualification of mentors ensures the high quality of the program. So far, the program has been implemented in Zambia and Malawi with our
different partners.What we provide
- Standardized mentorship handbook and toolkit for SME mentors for free.
- Formal 5-day SME mentor training specifically designed for the needs of entrepreneurs and SME mentors.
- Measurable success through M&E and tracking of social, sustainable and environmental indicators.
